Refund policy

We offer a 7-day exchange and return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Kindly share your order number, a clear photo of the item, and the reason for return/exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item shipped, return shipping will be covered by us.
  • For change of mind, size, or colour, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • The return address and instructions will be shared once your return request is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging, so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Unstitched fabric (once opened, cut, or washed)
  • Stitched-to-measure or customized items
  • Undergarments, innerwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care products
  • Jewellery and accessories
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request an exchange for size or colour (subject to stock availability). If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or process a refund as per the original payment method.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status:

  • Bank Transfer / Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please share your bank / JazzCash / EasyPaisa details when requesting the return.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
