Thank you for shopping with Illyoon. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PKT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp / email with your tracking details.
- During sale periods, public holidays, or peak seasons (Eid, end-of-season sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - available across Pakistan
- Bank Transfer (details shared on WhatsApp)
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa
For COD orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partners are unable to provide change.
Courier Partners
We work with trusted nationwide courier services, including TCS, Leopards, M&P, and Trax, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp / SMS / email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking ID.

Failed or Refused Deliveries
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. Please ensure your phone is reachable during delivery hours.
- If the parcel is refused, unanswered, or returned to us without valid reason, the customer may be charged the original shipping cost on any future orders.
- Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being disabled for the customer's account, and future orders may require advance payment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your delivery address, contact number, and order details before confirming your order. Illyoon is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order so we can update the details before dispatch.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return after delivery as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
